Better Than Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups Bisquick baking mix
- ¾ cups cold whole milk
- 4 tablespoons cold butter (½ stick)
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup smoked cheddar cheese
Top Brushing
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Pinch of garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon parsley flakes
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut up butter into pea size cubes, place on plate, put in freezer, 5 minutes. In large bowl, Mix Bisquick, Cheese, salt, butter, milk with a fork. Do not over mix! Drop ¼ cup portions onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes until they start to turn golden brown. Brush on hot melted butter mixture. Serve warm, Makes 10 – 12 biscuits.
