MasterChef Rack of Lamb

Ingredients
- Rack of lamb
- 1/4 cup seasoned Italian breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Crushed garlic
Directions
Trim the fat from your rack of lamb. Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, and crushed garlic. In a small bowl, add 1/4 cup of seasoned Italian breadcrumbs and about one tablespoon of olive oil and mix together. Pat breadcrumb mixture on top and the underside of your rack of lamb.
Now for the secret! Insert your MasterChef thermometer in the center of the rack of lamb, plug into oven, and roast on MasterChef. You must decide what temperature you want your lamb. Do this and your rack of lamb will come out perfectly everytime.
